ROHX ("the App") is developed by PRVR Solutions Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used.

Information We Collect To sync your recreation schedule, the App asks for the email address and password you use with the City of London PerfectMind portal. These credentials are sent directly to City of London's PerfectMind servers to retrieve your class schedule — they are never sent to or stored on our own servers.

Your credentials are stored only on your device, using the operating system's secure credential storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore via Expo SecureStore). Your synced schedule data is also stored locally on your device to allow offline access and background syncing.

How Information Is Used Credentials and schedule data are used solely to display your recreation classes within the App and to keep them updated automatically (background sync every 6 hours). We do not sell, share, or transmit this data to any third party.

Data Retention & Deletion All data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the App removes all stored credentials and schedule data. You may also clear synced data at any time from within the App.

Third-Party Services The App communicates directly with City of London's PerfectMind portal (cityoflondon.perfectmind.com) to retrieve your schedule. Please refer to PerfectMind's own privacy policy for how they handle your account information.

Children's Privacy The App is intended for use by parents/guardians managing recreation schedules for their family. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
